About Me
Welcome to Lightbetweencards.
I'm Neil, a tarot advisor based in the serene islands of New Caledonia in the South Pacific. My journey with Tarot began in 2021, during a time when I was seeking clarity and direction in my own life. What started as a personal exploration quickly grew into a deep respect for the richness of Tarot’s symbolism and history.
In 2024, I deepened my practice by undertaking the Biddy Tarot Certification course. With a lifelong passion for mythology, psychology, and philosophy, I’ve always been drawn to the deeper stories we tell ourselves—and Tarot offers a powerful way to explore those narratives.
My background in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy allows me to bring insight, empathy, and a grounded perspective to every reading. Whether you're facing a crossroads, seeking deeper self-understanding, or simply curious about what the cards may reveal, I’m here to help you uncover the wisdom that already lives within you.
How Tarot works
Tarot is a symbolic language derived from religious, philosophical and esoteric iconography. The cards cover the range of human experience, wherein each emotion or thought has its own vibrational frequency. The skill of the tarot reader lies in connecting to the vibrational energy at play between the querent and the cards, so being in a position to glean the insights which, in turn, allow the querent to make more informed decisions.
I would like to point, however, that I do not profess to predict the future. I firmly believe that our actions constantly recreate the future, for better or for worse. The tarot suggests a probable trajectory based on the current energies at play, which can then be fast-tracked or avoided, according to the situation. Why not give the Cosmos a helping hand by aligning your actions with your highest good?
